Just as old as they officially have to be, you know that this site has a strict "no underage characters in naughty situations" policy. Don't worry, no underage pixels have been molested in the production of this comic.
In one of the first panels in which Hermione faces Agatha, she mentions that she "has a degree from Hogwarts" (which you normally get at the end of your seventh year, so around the age of 18, but as we know the trio missed their final year at Hogwarts while they were skipping school to fight Voldy, so she would have to be at least around 19 to have that degree if she went back to Hogwarts. Luna is her age, which would only leave Ginny in the zone where she theoretically could be under 18 if you really want to assume the worst. But that would really be on you for imagining her that young, a reasonable reader should take this as a hint that this takes places some years after their school time, because that's what is legally required.. Young woman don't magically gain two cup sizes or grow wrinkles at age 18, so there is really no way to realistically portray young women that would entirely exclude someone thinking they theoretically could still be underage.
I concede that I also found it a bit weird that they still wear those school uniforms (but I'm German and find school uniforms weird in general), but then there is a whole totally legal vanilla porn subcategory in which women in their twenties and thirties pose in school uniforms, so I guess it shouldn't raise eyebrows in fetish media.
