I thought I'd try and start a thread for all the lovers of feet out there.

What would be your favourite feet and recipe to use?

I have had a go at starting with a delicious looking set of Asian feet.


2 perfect feet of an Asian girl
Salt and pepper, to season
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water (or chicken broth)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar, or any white vinegar)

I personally would love to try air fried feet. Maybe some fun sized 5 or 6’s. The fried arch meat would be a bite to behold.

2 to 4 delicious girl feet severed just below or above (attached for a real treat)
Salt and Pepper: To taste
Buttermilk: Adds flavor and helps the flour mixture adhere to the skin.
Eggs: Another binding agent.
Flour: The base of the crunchy coating.
Cajun Seasoning: Full of flavor, it’s perfect for arch meat.
Garlic Powder and Onion Powder: Adds extra flavor
Paprika: Provides color and flavor
Salt and Pepper: Add more or less to taste.
Olive Oil spray: This will help “fry” any of the leftover outside coating.

I always imagine that a nice spicy recipe would compliment the fiery taste of a beautiful redhead.

Spicy redhead feet

Pair of feet from a redhead (size 4-6)
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 eggs beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes or more to taste
1/4 cup sliced green onions
cooking spray

Sometimes you have some big feet to eat too.

Beautiful blond feet (sizes-8-12)

2–3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
garlic & herb butter

1/2 stick of butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

The best continuously check the tenderness while cooking to get the optimal medium rare temperature. Then devour off the bones!!

Nothing nice than a nice curry and a cold beer

Feet curry

2 tender feet ( any size) of an Indian woman.

2 teaspoons salt

½ cup cooking oil

1 ½ cups chopped onion

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh ginger root

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon water

1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup water

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Slow cooked woman feet (large)


2 Large feet of a beautiful woman (any ethnicity)
▢1 tsp each salt and pepper
▢2 - 3 tbsp olive oil , separated
▢1 cup onion , finely diced (brown, yellow or white)
▢3 garlic cloves , minced
▢1 cup carrot , finely diced
▢1 cup celery , finely diced
▢2 1/2 cups / 625 ml red wine , full bodied
▢28 oz / 800g can crushed tomatoes
▢2 tbsp tomato paste
▢2 cups / 500 ml chicken stock, low sodium (or water)
▢5 sprigs of thyme (preferably tied together), or 2 tsp dried thyme
▢2 dried bay leaves (or 4 fresh)


Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
Remove feet just above the ankle.
Pat the feet dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a heavy based pot over high heat. Sear the feet in 2 batches until brown all over, about 5 minutes.
Remove feet onto a plate and drain excess fat (if any) from the pot.
Turn the heat down to medium low. Heat remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in the same pot, if needed. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
Add carrot and celery. Cook for 5 minutes until onion is translucent and sweet.
Add the red wine, chicken stock, crushed tomato, tomato paste, thyme and bay leaves. Stir to combine.
Place the feet into the pot, squeezing them in to fit so they are mostly submerged.
Turn stove up, bring to a simmer. Cover, then transfer to the oven for 2 hours.
Remove from oven, remove lid, then return to the oven for another 30 minutes (so 2 1/2 hours in total). Check to ensure feet meat is ultra tender (use 2 forks) - if not, cover and keep cooking. Ideal is tender meat but still just holding onto bone.
Remove feet onto plate and keep warm. Pick out and discard bay leaves and thyme.
Strain the sauce into a bowl, pressing to extract all sauce out of the veggies.
Pour strained sauce back into pot. Bring to simmer over medium heat and reduce slightly to a syrupy consistency ,
Taste then add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the feet on mashed potato or cauliflower puree with plenty of sauce! Garnish with thyme leaves if desired.

Breaded Teen feet (19 years and older of course.) pan seared. A favorite of mine!

Breading and pan-frying feet cutlets are a classic and delicious way of preparing sole meat. The result is perfectly coated, browned, and tender sole cutlets that are easily made with a simple three-step process: The feet are dipped into flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs, assuring a crispy coating. The feet are then shallow-fried in oil until golden on the outside and tender on the inside. They are particularly winning with a simple arugula salad, but these veal cutlets can be paired with almost anything, especially with a few lemon wedges on the side.

2 large woman feet, bones in or out
Salt and pepper, to season
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water (or chicken broth)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar, or any white vinegar)

Preheat oven broiler (or grill) on medium-high heat. Season feet with salt, pepper and garlic powder just before cooking.
Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium high heat until hot. Sear feet on both sides until golden and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes each side). Transfer to a plate; set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the honey, water and vinegar. Increase heat to medium-high and continue to cook until the sauce reduces down and thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes), while stirring occasionally.
Add the feet back into the pan, baste generously with the sauce and broil/grill for 1-2 minutes, or until sole is slightly charred.
Garnish with parsley and serve over vegetables, rice, pasta or with a salad

It was my lucky day! I was drinking at a bar when I saw this beautiful blonde walk in.
As she sat down to her meeting I couldn't help but candidly stare at her beautiful stocking feet sitting alluringly in a pair of classy high heels.
It was at that moment I knew I had to take her. I could just make out the pink polish that adorned her perfectly even toes and I could feel my mouth water as they ever so slightly wriggled.
I knew I had some rope and duct tape in the car so I waited until she left and then followed her looking for the opportunity to strike.
I couldn't believe my luck as she entered the same parking lot that I had parked in and we shared a lift to the same level.
She exited first and u had a quick look around for cameras which I was glad to see there wasn't any. I popped the trunk remotely and as she passed I made my move grabbing her and forcing her in to it. I worked quickly in tying her and putting a strip of tape over her mouth before closing the trunk and driving away.
She tried to bang and made muffled sounds as I drove home and stuck to the speed limits.
I reversed in to the garage 20 minutes later and I carried the struggling girl to the lounge.
Rope was fed through her ankle restraints and I fastened it to the ceiling so that her beautiful feet were raised.
She writhed and try to communicate as I unstrapped her heels and pulled them away so that her stocking feet were in front of my face.
After making a small tear in the stockings just below the ball I took my time in peeling them away and was greeted with the most wonderful aroma as her pretty bare feet became exposed.
She had clearly been on them all day and this had produced the most appetising scent.
I took them in my hands and felt her soft soles and shapely toes as she wriggled them frantically in protest which only added to the enjoyment.
I wanted the flavour to be a surprise so with all of the will power in the world I resisted the urge to take them in my mouth.
Finally it was time to claim my prize. I reluctantly left the beautiful woman to get my cleaver and when I returned her eyes shot wide in terror.
She began to frantically writhe and scream in to the tape as I positioned myself over her ankles.
Not wanting to cause any unnecessary suffering to her I swung the blade twice and severed both of her pretty feet off.
They fell on the couch and the woman passed out instantly from the shock.
I cauterized the stumps with an iron and I took my prize to the kitchen for preparation.
Not wanting to ruin her natural flavour I only lightly rubbed her feet with olive oil before placing them in a roasting pan and putting them in the oven.
They were taken out 40 minutes later and felt warm to touch but I was happy to see the colour had hardly changed.
The smell was wonderful and I could feel my stomach growl in anticipation of the meal to come.
Once I had transferred them to a plate I sat down to begin my dinner of beautiful office worker feet.
I was amazed at how soft yet firm the soles were as I prodded them with my fork and watched as the meat bounced back.
My first taste came courtesy of her left arch and the knife slid through as I carved a small piece away. What can only be described as pure ecstasy washed over me as I placed it on my tongue and got my first taste of her incredible flavour!.
It was an indescribable taste that was extremely unique and with each morsel I ate I got more and more aroused.
Her toes were the best thing I had ever eaten. The meat was so soft and almost melted in my mouth until all that was left was small bones and pink nails. I ate the rest very slowly as bits of sole and heel were reduced to nothing but bone.
When the meal was over I sat back and tried to let the flavour linger in my mouth for as long as possible.
Still out cold I took the beautiful woman to the basement and secured her to a pipe. Her beautiful, flavourful body would keep me well fed for the weeks to come.

Tandoori feet recipe.


2 tender feet of an Indian woman
250 g Greek yoghurt
Juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
Pinch of cayenne pepper


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together yoghurt, lime juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, and turmeric and season with salt and cayenne.
  2. Remove the feet, add to mixture and toss until fully coated. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.
  3. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 200ºC and line a baking sheet with a wire rack. Bake both of the feet 20 minutes, then flip and bake 20 minutes more. Heat grill and grill until skin is crispy, 2 minutes.

I'm sorry man but you owe far too much! I told you if you can't pay then I would need to make an example and it turns out I have a friend of a friend who would pay top dollar for your mum!

Leave my mum out if this! She has nothing to do with any of it! I'll get you everything I owe you plus interest! Just please don't hurt her!

Apparently he fell in love with her feet when he saw her photo and plans to eat them first.
Anyway, that's enough chit chat. I'd better go get her secured ready for transport. I'll come and let you say goodbye when I have her bound and gagged!

Kate didn’t understand at first, she knew it was a sketchy destination shoot. But she’d been on them before.. she did think about how the creepy camera man was focusing a lot on her feet. She wrote it off at first but became increasingly uncomfortable as it went on. When she finally saw the kitchen, she tried to run, but it was too late, the camera man had both of her feet abd said her long soles were more delicious than he imagined.
